Sign Up Instructions

Volunteer Job Signups

First, you must log in to the website. Login is found in the upper right hand corner of the screen. If you can’t remember your password, click "Forgot your password" to reset your password.

  1. From the Home Page.
  2. Click the green JOB SIGNUP OPEN button next to the meet you want to sign up for. 
  3. Click the gray SIGN-UP FOR JOBS button for either Parent’s name. One parent can sign up for jobs for both parents. 
  4. A list of jobs will appear.
    • The list shows the job name and number of people needed for each job,
    • Hover over the black circle next to each job to see a description.
    • Hover over the number in the "filled" column to see the names of other people who are signed up for a particular job.
    • If a job is completed filled, it will be grayed out.
  5. Check the box next to the job(s) you want.
  6. Click SAVE ASSIGNMENTS at the bottom to finish your selection. Failure to do so will erase your selections.
  7. The next screen will confirm the jobs you have signed up for.
  8. Click the gray SIGN-UP FOR JOBS button again if you need to change something.

Swimmer Signups

Parents must declare attendance for EVERY meet and select your swimmer's swim entries for EVERY meet by the specified deadline. We will send reminders. There can be no late swimmer adds this year. The SAIL meet program will not allow it. Therefore, if you miss the deadline, your swimmer unfortunately can't swim in the meet.

  1. From the HOME PAGE.
  2. Click the green MEET ENTRY OPEN button for the meet you are signing up for.
  3. Click the gray Edit button under your athletes' names.
  4. For each of your athletes, select an option from the drop down list next to their names. Options are Undeclared, Attending, or Not Attending.
  5. If you selected Attending, then a list of events will pop up under each athlete's name. Only the events that are allowable for that swimmer will show up.
  6. Select up to 3 events for each of your swimmers by checking the box beside the events.
  7. Specify your swimmer's availability for relays from the drop down list. The Medley Relay events are at the beginning the meet, and the Free Relay events are at the end of the meet. The computer system chooses the relay participants based on best times. Ideally, we would like all swimmers to be available for relays, unless there are special circumstances.
  8. Leave a Note for the Coaches if you need to.
  9. Click the gray SAVE button to record your choices.
  10. The next screen should show the events you selected.
