Canebrake Crocs Swim Team is a neighborhood summer swim team in Greer, SC for children and grandchildren of Canebrake and Sugar Mill Pool Members aged 4-18 years.
SAIL includes more than 30 neighborhood swim teams and approximately 4,500 swimmers. The teams are divided into 6 Divisions: Red, Purple, White, Blue, Green, and Gold. The Division assignments change each year. For the 2024 season, Canebrake is part of the GOLD Division, along with Wellington Green, Heritage Lakes, Bent Creek, and Knollwood/Planter's Row.
The SAIL season runs from mid-May to mid-July. There are five swim meets on Thursday nights during May and June and one Divisional swim meet at the end of June. In mid-July, the top 40 swimmers at Divisionals from all SAIL teams, in each stroke and age group, will swim at a Championships and Classics Swim Meet at the Westside Aquatics Center in Greenville, SC.
